William F. Sothoron, a 68 year, 5 month, 26 day old married white male, died at his usual residence, 1460 William St., Ward 24, Baltimore City, at 9:45 am on 22 October 1937. He had lived in Baltimore for 50 years. He was born Apr. 26, 1869 in St. Mary’s Co. to William H. Sothoron & Katherine Burroughs, both also born in St. Mary’s Co. Trade/Profession noted as “None.” The informant was Mrs. Annie P. Knott Sothorn of the same address.

- Cause of death was Coronary Thrombosis of 2 days’ duration & Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular disease, with Acute Cardiac Dilatation since Oct 20 ‘37 & Pulmonary Edema since Oct 28 ‘37 being contributory. He was attended by Walter Kohn, M.D. of 102 E. Fort Ave from March 1937 to the day of death, last seeing him alive the day of death.

- Burial was on Oct. 25, 1937 at Loudon Park Cemetery. Undertaker was J. Few McCully, 130 E. Fort Ave. (Certificate of Death, Registered No. F40266)


Under Permit for Interment No. 92370, a request to prepare a Plain grave for William F. Sothoron in Lot 66 N. pt., Maple Section. Died of Cor. Thrombosis at age of 68 years, 5 months, 26 days. Interment to be on Mon. 35 inst. at 2 PM. I. F. McCully, Undertaker.
